This Partner Meeting on 14 April 2021, aims at providing a platform for 3IT’s partners to come together and discuss current trends and needs in both research and development requirements in the field of immersive imaging technologies. It is also an opportunity for the 3IT partners to (virtually) come together again and share each others developments and project involvements as well as to create new points of contact. At the same time, the partners will also debate the future aims of the 3IT.
On 20 February 2020, 3IT’s first Partner Meeting took place in the new format!
Up until 2020, the Steering Committee, chaired by Dr. Ralf Schäfer, was responsible for the strategic direction of the 3IT. In 2019, its members decided to take a new path for the 3IT and to change the Steering Committee Meeting into a general Partner Meeting, inviting all partners to join – also virtually.
